The essentials

• We never sell your data and we never share it with advertisers.
• Scanning and reading sheets works without an account: in that case, we keep no health data on our servers.
• With an account, we only store what makes the service work: your Boxes, treatments and reminders.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

What we collect

Without an account: your scan and search requests pass through our servers to query the official databases, without being tied to your identity.

With an account: your email address (or your Google ID), your first name and photo if you provide them, then the data you create: Boxes (name, relationship, date of birth, optional photo), saved medicines, treatments, dose times and dose history. We use it for one thing only: showing it to you and sending the reminders you asked for.

Where your data is hosted

Your data is hosted in Europe and encrypted in transit. Health data requires certified hosting: we're preparing the French health-data hosting certification (HDS) and HIPAA compliance for the United States before the public launch.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can view, correct, export and delete your data at any time. One email is enough: [email protected]. Deleting your account erases the Boxes, treatments, reminders and history attached to it.
