Refund policy
Nothing is charged during the trial
Notisia+ starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during those 7 days. We warn you on day 5 that the trial is ending, and you can stop it in one tap from Settings then Manage subscription. Stop before day 8 and you pay nothing.
After a payment
If you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller, back to the original payment method; it usually lands within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future payments: your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the app closes until you subscribe again. Your Boxes, treatments and history are not deleted: they are waiting in your account. If you want to both stop and be refunded for the current period, ask us: the paragraph above applies.
