Nothing is charged during the trial

Notisia+ starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during those 7 days. We warn you on day 5 that the trial is ending, and you can stop it in one tap from Settings then Manage subscription. Stop before day 8 and you pay nothing.

After a payment

If you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller, back to the original payment method; it usually lands within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future payments: your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free version. Your Boxes, treatments and history stay intact. If you want to both stop and be refunded for the current period, ask us: the paragraph above applies.
