In an emergency, do not write

Notisia is not a medical service and cannot answer an emergency. If you have any doubt about a treatment, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number: 911 in the United States, 15 or 112 in France.

For a question about a payment, an invoice or a refund, the same address works. Include the email address of your account: that is how we find the subscription.
